Ilario Vitalis

Aromatherapist and Massage Therapist

Meet Ilario. His journey into wellness began in the mid‑1990s, a time when holistic health was stepping into the light of mainstream recognition. Over the past three decades he has cultivated a deeply integrative practice that bridges aromatherapy, botanical medicine, and various body therapy modalities and techniques, including mental health and mindfulness. Each discipline informs the other, to support whole‑person healing. Ilario has had the privilege of working with adults from diverse backgrounds and life stages — people in their twenties navigating stress and anxiety, through to older adults in aged‑care settings seeking comfort, dignity and connection. These experiences have shaped a practice that understands the shifting needs of the body and mind across the lifespan.

Ilario’s five years of experience immersed in the mental health sector as a peer practitioner with a not-for-profit organisation contributed towards the insight he gained in understanding human behaviour and the various ways we navigate life’s complexities. Working closely with people across diverse backgrounds and circumstances taught him to recognise the emotional and psychological layers that sit beneath physical tension, stress and dysregulation. That immersion informed the creation of his practice, Somatica, where he integrates mental health principles to honour the whole person and offers skills, tools and strategies that support regulation, resilience and embodied wellbeing.

With more than two decades of combined experience across the wellness and mental-health sectors, Ilarios’ craft is built from almost a dozen therapeutic techniques, each one a thread he weaves into a seamless treatment: Aromatherapy, Lymphatic Flow, Acupressure, Polarity, Cranial release, and Structural work and pressure. His treatments are a quiet recalibration — unwinding tension, quieting the mind and supporting clients to navigate and return to a steadier rhythm. In his hands, the body remembers how to breathe, how to release, how to move forward with clarity and ease.

Rachel Dutton

Clinical Kinesiologist

Meet Rachel, a Clinical Kinesiologist and Functional Neurology practitioner. She works with people who feel out of balance in their bodies – whether that shows up as ongoing stress, pain, fatigue, emotional overwhelm, or health concerns that haven’t fully resolved.

Drawing on her training in anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, functional neurology and nutrition, Rachel takes a whole-person approach that considers how the body, brain, and nervous system influence one another, while thoughtfully bridging evidence-based healthcare with more subtle, energy-based aspects of healing.

Her work focuses on supporting the nervous system to feel safer and more settled. Rachel recognises that past stress, illness, or injury – both physical and emotional – can continue to affect the body long after the original event has passed.

Through personalised and practical care, she helps clients regulate their nervous system, build resilience, and develop a clearer understanding of what their body needs. Her approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded, with the aim of helping clients feel more confident and supported as they move forward.

Anastasia Ivleva

General Psychologist

Meet Anastasia, a registered General Psychologist. Anastasia offers neuro-affirming, trauma-informed therapy for teens, adults and relationships. She works particularly with high-masking, fast-thinking neurodivergent clients (including ADHD and Autistic people), many of whom are navigating burnout, trauma, chronic health challenges and relationship difficulties.

Her approach is grounded, collaborative, and paced to support nervous system safety. Anastasia prioritises clear communication and shared direction early in therapy, helping clients understand the process and feel oriented in the work. Anastasia draws from DBT, EMDR, Schema Therapy, ACT, and Parts Work (informed by IFS and the Theory of Structural Dissociation), with a strong emphasis on the therapeutic relationship.

She also supports couples and relationships, particularly where one or more partners are neurodivergent and/or where clients are navigating queer, polyamorous, or kink-affirming relationship contexts. Therapy is tailored to each person and relationship, within a grounded, non-judgemental space.
